1. How long does order processing take?
All orders go through a short internal processing period before shipping. Once processed, your order is handed over to the courier.

Orders shipped within Kosovo usually arrive within 24 to 48 hours after the order has been processed.
3. How long does delivery take to Albania, North Macedonia, and Serbia?
Orders shipped to Albania, North Macedonia, and Serbia typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after processing.
4. Are delivery times guaranteed?
Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by circumstances outside of our control, such as courier delays, weather conditions, or public holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size of your order.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our only payment method.

You will pay the full order amount (product price + shipping fee, if applicable) in cash directly to the courier when your package is delivered.
