At Uptownshop, customer satisfaction is our priority. We carefully inspect every item before shipping to ensure the highest quality.

Returns & Exchanges
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
• To start a return or exchange, please contact us directly via Instagram.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
• The item received is defective
• An incorrect product was sent
• An incorrect size was delivered

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Shipping Costs

Please note that original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
